THE STORY

Over the last 30 years, Richard Beichner has worked his way from a scrappy line cook to a refined and renowned culinary talent whose passion lies in creating an individualized, authentic, and uniquely memorable culinary experience for your formal dining event or casual backyard barbecue, or serving as your guide in your quest to refresh and expand your own home cooking repertoire and skill set.

After receiving his training in New York City, Rich has lived and worked all over the United States, serving as the Executive Chef creating revitalized menus out of fresh locally-sourced ingredients for the restaurants of premier resorts and vacation destinations in the Northeast, the South, the Midwest and now the mountains of northern Colorado.  After years in the restaurant business, Rich is ready to shift his focus to bringing his varied and diverse experience and love of good food and wine to your home, sharing with you and your family and friends techniques in the preparation of anything from classic French cuisine to the regional gems of the U.S., with his own creative slant.

In addition to Rich's professional experience in the food and beverage industry, he holds a certification and membership in the Court of Master Sommelier, has been invited multiple times to cook at the James Beard House in New York City, has appeared on cooking segments of local TV channels, has prepared meals for the President of the United States, and has been the runner up for chef of the year multiple times in the Colorado chapter of the American Culinary Federation.
